Yes, there are plants that have antifungal properties but not antibacterial properties. For example, tea tree oil is known for its antifungal properties and is commonly used to treat fungal infections such as athlete's foot and nail fungus. However, it does not have strong antibacterial properties. Similarly, garlic is known for its antifungal properties, particularly against yeast infections, but it is not as effective against bacterial infections. These examples demonstrate that certain plants can have specific properties that target fungi but not bacteria. **

Metals are distinguished by their high electrical and thermal conductivity, malleability, ductility, and luster. They are typically solid at room temperature (except for mercury), have a high melting point, and are capable of forming positive ions in chemical reactions. Metals also tend to have a crystalline structure and are good at reflecting light, giving them their characteristic shiny appearance. **

Yes, some properties may not be opening due to various reasons such as maintenance, renovations, or temporary closures. Additionally, external factors such as government regulations, natural disasters, or public health concerns may also contribute to properties not opening. It is important to check with the specific property or its official website for the most up-to-date information on their opening status. **

Material properties refer to the characteristics and behaviors of a material that determine how it will perform under certain conditions. These properties include physical, mechanical, thermal, electrical, and chemical characteristics of a material. Examples of material properties include strength, hardness, conductivity, density, and thermal expansion. Understanding material properties is crucial in selecting the right material for a specific application and predicting how a material will behave in different environments. **

Carboxylic acids within the homologous series share similar properties due to their common functional group, which is the carboxyl group (-COOH). These compounds are characterized by their acidic nature, as they can donate a proton from the carboxyl group. They also have higher boiling points compared to hydrocarbons of similar molecular weight due to the presence of hydrogen bonding between carboxylic acid molecules. Additionally, carboxylic acids are polar molecules, making them soluble in polar solvents like water. **

In GTA 5 Online, the earnings from properties can vary depending on the type of property you own and how you choose to utilize it. Some properties, like businesses and warehouses, can generate significant income over time if managed effectively. However, the earnings from properties may not be as high as other money-making methods in the game, such as heists or vehicle cargo missions. It is important to invest wisely in properties and actively engage in the associated activities to maximize your earnings. **
